Hi!

Where you are right now, I’ve been there. I was spending long hours in the office and always making myself available for colleagues, family, or friends who asked me to help out. Being ambitious was vital for me, and I had set myself to work as hard as it took to get that next opportunity.

But then things began to pile up in my life. I became unhappy in my previous relationship. I had to keep all the balls in the air that came with that, plus working like crazy, and then my mother got cancer. I became overwhelmed and could not function anymore. I couldn’t eat or sleep. I had no focus and felt exhausted and useless.

I reached out for help, and was told to rest, take medication and see a psychologist. The psychologist only wanted to dig into my past and offered no coaching to help me move beyond my current situation. The medication didn’t help either: it only clouded my judgement and kept me stuck where I was.

I decided to take matters into my own hands. What I needed was to get insights and tools to manage my stress and overcome being overwhelmed and debilitated by burnout.

I figured out what I needed to do to turn my stress into serenity. I discovered how to re-energize and build resilience to future stress, and so much more. I used all the things that worked for me to create my own coaching program.
